Ø Why should I register with PinoyClickandShop.Com?

Creating your account enables us to personalize all your transactions on PinoyClickandShop.Com and also provides a quicker & easier check out in the future. However, you do not need to create an account or register with us before shopping. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to register yourself and provide us with your necessary personal details.

 

Ø How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal information anytime as per your convenience. To make the changes, log into your account and make the changes by clicking the “My Account” button at the bottom of the website page.

 

Ø How do I manage my address book?

The Address Book option allows you to easily select the shipping addresses from the various addresses you maintain and update in your address book. This also allows you to select different shipping addresses for different items in your shopping cart. You may create up to ten address book entries.

 

Ø What is a shopping cart?

The shopping cart is a virtual carry cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. The shopping cart is displayed at the right-hand top of the web page. You may click on the shopping cart link to view the details of the items you have chosen and to confirm your purchase through “Checkout”. You can update your order by adding removing items, etc. in the shopping cart once you click on the link.

 

Ø How do I cancel my order?

Please note that cancellations have to be made before 2pm Pacific Time of the same day you placed your order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support. We will need information such as your order number. In case we receive your cancellation request after 2pm Pacific Time in which case your order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled. PinoyClickandShop.Com has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

 

Ø What if the wrong item is delivered or damaged?

PinoyClickandShop.Com take’s stringent measures to ensure that the goods delivered are in perfect condition. However, when a remote instance of:

 

· goods are damaged during transit

· or a wrong item is delivered

 

In only such cases given above, will PinoyClickandShop.Com provide “credit”, provided that the request is made within the stipulated timeframe described at Shipping & Returns.

 

Ø Where can PinoyClickandShop.Com deliver?

We can deliver your order nationwide in the Philippines.

 

Ø How long will it take for my order to be delivered to my recipient?

PinoyClickandShop.Com ensures that your recipient will receive your order at the soonest possible time. Below are our lead time for orders depending on the location in the Philippines:

 

· Metro Manila -  3 to 4 days

· CALABARZON – 4 to 5 days

· Central Luzon – 5 to 7 days

· Southern Luzon – 5 to 7 days

· Northern Luzon – 6 to 8 days

· Bicol Region – 6 to 8 days

· Central Visaya – 7 to 8 days

· Eastern Visaya – 7 to 8 days

· Northern Mindanao – 8 to 10 days

· Southern Mindanao – 8 to 10 days

 

Note that Sundays and Philippine holidays are not included on the counting of days for the delivery lead time.

 

Ø Are there any hidden costs such as taxes?

There are no hidden charges and all prices and shipping charges are inclusive of taxes.

 

Ø How do I know that delivery is complete?

An e-mail is sent to you informing that your order has been delivered to your recipient.

 

Ø What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?

PinoyClickandShop.Com will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the recipients address within 24 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. Upon providing a new shipping address, we will re-attempt to deliver your order. After re-attempting to deliver your order and is still unsuccessful, we will have to charge additional shipping fee similar to the original charge presented upon order.

 

Ø What are the different payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. The authorization is done via an online, secure payment gateway. We are in process of providing other payment modes in the near future.
